The Chemical Anchor FIS V 410 C, is a hybrid vinylester injection resin certified for different types of construction applications: from anchoring with the use of cracked concrete and not cracked, for masonry anchoring applications.
- This resin is in fact a chemical anchor that can be used on solid clay or calcium silicate bricks, on semi-solid bricks or on concrete blocks.
- It is also suitable for applications with laminated wood. The strengths of the resin and the related range of accessories are versatility and flexibility, with guaranteed reliability on almost all fields of application.
- Easy and quick to use, it has been designed to resist even environments with aggressive chemical substances, with holes full of water or temperatures up to 120°C. The FIS V 410 C injection resin has undergone a rigorous technical evaluation by EOTA which confirmed the minimum useful life of this resin is 50 years without any decline in performance.
- Chemical anchor with mixers to be used without a gun
- It represents a universal system with guaranteed reliability for almost all known fields of application.
- Has numerous other certifications, such as cracked and non-cracked concrete anchoring, post-installed reinforcing bar connections.
- Approved for anchoring in masonry, suitable for the widest range of materials present in construction
- The hybrid formulation with Portland cement contained in the anchor allows excellent resistance to temperatures up to +120°C and better behavior in the presence of aggressive chemical substances.
- The complete range of accessories is designed to ensure flexibility and application versatility.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Hybrid two-component injection resin. For concrete, with FIS A threaded bar, it is suitable for through and non-through installation, while, with RG MI internally threaded bush, for non-through installation only. For masonry, with FIS E internally threaded bushing, it is suitable for non-through installation only.
- Resin and hardener are in two separate containers and are not mixed or activated until extrusion through the mixer occurs.
- Quick and easy to use.
- Partially consumed cartridges can be reused simply by replacing the mixer.
- The metal bar is inserted into the support by rotating it slightly until it reaches the base of the hole.
- For applications in seismic performance category C2, fill the annular space between the stem of the bar and the hole of the object to be fixed with resin. For optimal filling, use the appropriate FFD Seismic Dynamic Kit (optional).
