scL' Fischer Chemical Anchor T-Bond PRO.1, the hybrid resin for anchors, is certified for applications on walls made with solid or semi-solid brick, clay or calcium silicate.
It is also a perfect chemical anchor for building applications in hollow or lightweight concrete blocks or in cracked and non-cracked concrete from class C20/25 to C50/60.
T-Bond is certified for the use of grip bars with a diameter of 10 to 20 mm for the fixing of metal and wooden constructions, for facades, stairs, awnings, canopies and many other applications daily.
Its performance has been tested by EOTA, the European Organization for Technical Approval, which has certified a minimum useful life of the product of 50 years, whilst maintaining its technical characteristics unchanged.
Compared to most resins on the market, T-Bond Pro.1 boasts enormous flexibility in construction applications, with the possibility of being used without loss of resistance, from -40°C to 120°C with performance therefore certified at both high and low temperatures.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- T-BOND PRO.1 is a hybrid bi-component chemical injection anchor.
- Resin and hardener are in two separate containers and are not mixed or activated until extrusion through the mixer occurs.
- Before carrying out the installation, clean the hole according to the instructions given.
- Extrude the resin starting from the bottom of the hole, taking care not to leave any air bubbles.
- Insert the bar manually by rotating it until it reaches the base of the hole.
- The resin adheres to the entire surface of the anchor bar and the surface of the hole, sealing it.
- The silicone cartridge combined with fischer guns allows simple and quick installations.
- Partially used cartridges can be reused simply by replacing the mixer.
