The design of the Milwaukee Dozer Hole Cutters with the variable tooth (4/6 teeth per inch), is made with a 10° inclination to allow faster and more aggressive cuts. Heat dispersion during cutting for less tooth wear. Special tooth design, less tendency to jam on thinner materials. The particular design of the tooth reduces the tendency to seizure. Requires less pressure - This is achieved through the combination of aggressive tooth geometry and good chip ejection.
The Matrice II steel composition which contains 8% cobalt allows the teeth to be kept intact even in the most demanding applications. Bi-Metal Construction - steel teeth are laser welded onto an alloy steel body. The teeth are hardened into 65 HRC metal at a temperature of 600°C to achieve maximum durability. Due to the high wear resistance of Matrice II steel, these hole saws are ideal for cutting materials such as stainless steel and soft materials such as wood.
The robust core with a thickness of 1.27 mm guarantees the right compromise between rigidity and elasticity during application. Cutting depth 41 mm.
Back. The steel base has a thickness of 5 mm, this feature significantly reduces vibrations and prevents the hole saw from expanding. Excellent concentricity, guarantees excellent performance especially for larger diameters.
Large side access area for quick and easy material removal.
Thanks to the sturdy construction and perfect rotation, these hole saws are suitable not only with cordless and corded tools, but can sometimes be used with stationary equipment.
This range of high quality hole saws are the perfect solution for cutting all types of materials: Steel up to 1000 N/mm2, Stainless Steel and Acid Resistant Steel, NON-Ferrous Materials, Cast Iron, Aluminium, Wood, MDF, Plasterboard, Sandwich, PVC.
