Cement mortar Fassa B530 Fluid with controllable rheology from fluid to superfluid, expansive, with high mechanical performance, for the repair and reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures and for precision anchoring of machinery and metal structures.

USE

GEOACTIVE FLUID B 530 C, mixed to a fluid consistency, is suitable for repairs to damaged concrete, for structural reinforcement work with supplementary reinforcement, for repairs where protection of the concrete from sulphate attack is required and in general in all cases where the thicknesses and configuration of the structure require the use of a high-performance pourable mortar. It is also used for the repair and reconstruction of the concrete cover layers in reinforced concrete structures and for the thickening of reinforced concrete pillars.

GEOACTIVE FLUID B 530 C, brought to a superfluid consistency, is suitable for precision anchoring (for centimetre thicknesses) thanks to its very high fluidity and flow capacity and thanks to the total absence of bleeding and segregation phenomena. The high capacity to flow in narrow spaces and with articulated geometries, ensuring perfect filling of voids, makes it particularly suitable for difficult applications such as precision under-plate anchoring.

GEOACTIVE FLUID B 530 C is applied on concrete structures, in thicknesses greater than 10 mm. It is not used on plaster or painted surfaces and, in general, on mechanically weak and carbonated supports.
