The Deca SIL 417 electrode welding machine in direct current 1Ph - 230V 50/60 Hz
Hot Start. The SIL 417 is the most powerful version of the SIL line. Delivers 170 Amp direct current to weld electrodes from 1.6 to 4.0 mm in diameter. Welds with rutile and basic coated electrodes on various metals: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, etc.
- With the appropriate torch it allows you to weld in TIG mode with "scratch" arc striking.
- It has low energy consumption: it can be used with reduced installed power and connected to a motor generator (see the characteristics table).
The SIL 417 is easy to use thanks to the welding aid systems:
-
Hot Start: facilitates arc striking.
-
Arc Force: helps prevent the electrode from sticking to the workpiece by temporarily increasing the current when the electric arc becomes too short.
-
Anti-sticking: allows you to easily detach the electrode if it remains stuck to the piece.
